theWorldofWarcrafting.info Fully Launched (sort of)

JULY 2010

Just a quick update since I've been slacking... I have launched theWorldofWarcrafting.info to take the place of all the other sites I had out there.

It's been built using Joomla! and a host of extensions - and it's also integrated with Facebook! It's been fun getting to work on learning how those apps are built - and I'm hoping to learn more about it...

World of Warcraft Alchemy, Blacksmithing and Enchanting Guides Launched

MAY 2010

A total of 8 sites have been launched in theWorldofWarcrafting.info network (Click here for more information). It's been fun putting them together, and hopefully you'll enjoy them too! They've been successful so far, with this month on track to see more than 3000 visitors! (I've also been fiddling with Google Analytics - expect an article soon about that!

World of Warcraft Inscription Guide Launched

APRIL 2010

The third and fourth of my World of Warcraft sites have been rolled out, and another 3 are in the works (and should be launched in May - with luck...). Already, the sites are on target to average 2,000 visitors in April, and next month looks even better!

On top of all that, I'm thinking of starting my own Ad Network (because it could be fun and worthwhile). If you're interested in becoming a publisher in the network, or advertising on it, please Contact Me.

World of Warcraft Recipe Guide Launched

FEBRUARY 2010

I'm pleased to announce the launch of the second site in my World of Warcraft website network. The site, "WoW Cooking Recipes" (www.wowcookingrecipes.com) was launched in February 2010. I'm still waiting to get my first good set of statistics from the site, but the network is looking pretty good - for only being out there for 2 months or so.

Also, I've made both this site, and the previous site (WoW Cooking Leveling Guide) accessible on small form-factor devices (e.g. mobile phones etc.). Feel free to check them out there. I was really just curious to see if I could get it to work (and if it's not working on your phone, PLEASE contact me and let me know...

World of Warcraft Guides - My Latest Project

DECEMBER 2009

Being a fan of the World of Warcraft game, I decided to start publishing some sites with information for other players. I'm already planning to launch at least 20 new sites with content ranging from reference materials to walk-throughs on leveling various professions and skills in the game.

The first site in this network, "WoW Cooking Leveling Guide" (www.wowcookinglevelingguide.com) was launched in December 2009. I'm still waiting to get my first good set of statistics from the site.

I've crunched the numbers, and this will likely become my flagship publication - with each site projected to ultimately have more than 5,000 visitors per month.
